There was no old business.
All nominees for 2006-2007 director positions were running unopposed. All received at least one vote each and were re-elected. The 2006-2007 directors are Jim Henery, David Kromka, Mike McDonald, and Gordon Oakley. Three director positions remain unfilled because of a lack of nominees. The secretary gave the ballots to the president, and the election results were accepted.
Several events were discussed including the Redwood City Pump-In, Hollister Swap Meet, Pleasanton Pump-In, Citrus Heights Swap Meet, and Tulare-Fresno County Tour. They will be announced in the newsletter.
The editor announced he was compiling apparatus rosters for all fire departments in California -- past and present. They will be available to everyone at no charge via e-mail. He welcomes any roster information.
The chapter donated $50 to the Santa Clara Railroad Historical Museum and thanked them for hosting the meeting. Passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
